Actress, Model, Or Unemployed?

She has to be doing something, right?

 

At the end of 2022, Alida Morberg claimed in an interview that she was not only wanted for several upcoming projects but she planned to become an international actress. Then in 2023, she didn't do anything. Well, not related to what she claimed she was going to do in 2023. Her hardcore devoted stans claim this is because she was taking time off to "be with her babies" but that's also a lie. Alida said in this same interview that she was only taking a short break because she had just had a baby but then it would be right back to work. A bunch of work that never happened. 

 

It is known that Bill Skarsgård partnered with a company called Goodbye Kansas for a project that was never named or explained. It is also known that Alida visited this company at some point to get her face scanned in MOCAP or for some sort of CGI model (that is the best guess given the information from the photograph and the caption on it).

This was done before the partnership was publicly announced so one could assume that Alida would have had something to do with whatever Bill was planning with this company and collaboration since she was invited into the office to do a face scan before anyone would have known about it. However, this is the only thing anyone can prove that Alida may have been involved in when it came to the year of 2023. Nothing has been heard about this project ever since. Projects get shelved all the time, so that may have happened when work picked up for Bill and he started acting in more movies. Or, Alida was fired from the project because Bill no longer wants anything to do with her. The last media thing Alida was involved in was The North Sea Connection. Though season 2 has yet to be announced there's no guarantee Alida would have ever been called back to be in the show. Also her "acting" in it was atrocious. Just like it was in Clark and anything else she managed to ever get a part in. 

 

One would think such an in-demand actress who was working with people like Bill Skarsgård would have no trouble finding any work in Sweden. Though, once again, Alida's hardcore devoted stans will claim it has something to do with the SAG-AFTRA strike and Alida wasn't allowed to work, that's not true either. Alida wouldn't have been eligible to even have a SAG card (if she ever had one to begin with) and there were thousands of indie productions going on during the strike that were not affiliated to SAG. She's also friends with far more important people than Bill when it comes to show business. She's connected to producers and other actors and musicians. She knows her father who has a show (somehow). She has connections to people like Filip Berg (the guy everyone assumes is the real father of Oona). There's no lack of opportunities for Alida to be an actress should she want to be an actress but, it would seem like something happened here. Where are these several projects that she mentioned being part of? Where was this international acting job she was going to get despite not speaking English? 

 

Either one would have to consider she was lying completely about all her intended projects (which is incredibly possible given her history) or something happened...you know, like a breakup from the only source of fame she ever had, her baby daddy, Bill Skarsgård. This only leaves "modeling" as an option, if you could ever call what she did for modeling that job. Since she only has one facial expression it's baffling why someone would pay her for such a thing but it's more than likely because at the times when she got those jobs she was fucking the right people to get them. In any case, that fell flat and she was only ever able to pretend to be a model in 2023 with some sporadic Instagram posts and begging a company to promote her (not the other way around). For an entire year, it's been unclear what Alida has been doing for income. She certainly has rent to pay like the rest of us. Children to take care of. An image, reputation, and lifestyle to maintain but there's been no evidence that she's done any work at all. At least not in the fields of acting and modeling. Despite this, she's still getting news articles written about her like she is an actress. Sorry, more accurately tabloid articles and the last one was last year in 2023. 

 

I think it's safe to say that even if Alida is not officially split up from Bill Skarsgård, she's no longer an actress or model. Not that anyone with half a brain would have ever called her that in the first place but she definitely can't keep pushing that narrative now. Only her little stans can and the reality of their worlds does not align with what is currently going on. I wonder what's going to happen when Alida drops off the face of the earth and Bill publicly breaks up with her.
